Millard Taylor Cowan abt 1894 - Looking for Obt

I'm trying to find out when and where my great grandfather Millard Taylor (aka Taylor) Cowan died.

He was born in Minnesota, married to Laura A. In the 1900 Census they are in 1900 & 1910 they are in Sunrise, Chisago, Minnesota. Also listed are their children.

In 1910 they are in living with their son Frank Taylor Cowan, his wife Lillian and their 2 sons Frank Millard and Darrell D.

In 1920 they are in Metolius, Jefferson, Oregon. Millard Taylor & Laura are living with their son Frank Taylor Cowan, his wife Lillian and their 2 sons Frank Millard and Darrell D.

In the 1930 Census Frank Taylor Cowan and his family are living in - Walla Walla, Walla Walla, Washington. I cannot find when or where Millard Taylor Cowan died.
