On Shannon Anderson's website I found a family tree that shows another wife for Nels Paulis Westgard. I can't figure out how to send you the link.
I also know that sometimes on the some of the Minnesota records online, the name is spelled Westgaard.
It says his parents are:
Brede Adolf Westgard, b. 2 Mar 1855
Oleanna Margrethe Sagnes
An earlier wife for Nels Paulis Westgard was
Hulda Marie Larson, b. 19 Jan 1887 - d. 7 Oct 1916
The Minnesota death index shows she died in Becker County too.
