My Gr grandfather was Peter Palmquist b. Sweden about 1844 married to Clara abt 1868 in Chicago. They lived many places, including Huston, Huston, Minnesota from Indiana in 1867 into 1875. They had a daughter, Ida Josephine Palmquist, b.Jan 7 1867, Indiana,D 1970 Denver Colo., married Harvey Brown, had a son, Clarence Brown. These similarities all seem too very similar to be co-incidental. Any thoughts on this??? I know nothing about Peter's family. He came over on the same ship as Clara from Sweden. She had been previously married to a man named Charly Charleson, and had two children by that marriage before being widowed. They were Charles and Ticla. Can anyone shed light on my family? Peter was a tinsmith, Clara was a washerwoman, weaver, and midwife.Their other children were Gunda (1872, Minn)Anna (1873, Minn)Eugene (1875, Minn), Gustavus Boada aka Bob (Carpenter, IA...my father's father, d. 1956, Wenatchee, WA)Amanda Rosinda Palmquist (1880 Clay Co, IA)Thanks Paula,
