My Great Grandfather, Fredrick Severson was born on Oct 14, 1874 in Guisko, Sonmore, Norway. He came to America in abt 1895. Fred married Lena Lien. Lena was born on Dec 13, 1883 to Tosten and Aagot (Bakken) Snedkerlien. Tosten and Aagot are both from the Dovre, Gudbrandsdalen, Oppland, Norway area. Lena died on Aug 29, 1956. From the family information Lena was born in Mankato Minnesota (?) Fred and Lena had 7 children Agnes (my grandmother), Hazel, Lillian, Stanley and the famous Severson triplets, Helen, Harry and Harley.
My Grandmother Agnes, married Sigvart Julius Gordon, my grandfather. To this union there was 7 children, Manley, Kenneth, Lowell (My Dad), Lois, Dorothy, Doris and Judy.
I am looking for information on my great grandfather, Fred Severson. According to his death certificate his father was Siverin Severson, and his mother was Hanna Severson, I do not know Hanna's maiden name. This is the mystery man in our family I can't find anything on him nor his family. I do have pictures of Fred in Norway with his family but no names!
