I have posted concerning Samuel Louis Vance b 1841 in Richland, Guernsey Co. Ohio. The explainations to my questions will be found on the Vance genforum. The Hannah found on the 1850 census for Guernsey Co Ohio with Cyrus Vance may have been Cyrus Vance's sister, sister-in-law or other because he married multiple times but I never found him married to Hannah. He was related to the Cincinati Ohio Vance line found on another genealogy site. He had family, Miss Bell Vance, Mrs.Annie Vance, Laura B Vance all of 112 Coshocton Ave in Cambridge Ohio (picture from Archer Studio, Dyson Ohio) and a Charles Thomas Vance b 28 April 1878, who died in Cincinati Hospital in 1910, Nancy Jane Vance b 1861 living in Zanesville Ohio on 429 Turner Street, m Yoho. J W Vance of Cambridge Ohio then of Blue Mound Ks, a Drygoods store stationary letter dated 1-26-1891 to my Grandfather Samuel Vance and a Mrs M B Patterson of Collinsville Ok 1917, a postcard which states she is cousin to Marion Vance. There was a Clark Vance also on Grumper Ave Cambridge. A Lewis Clinton Vance, very old cardboard picture from California. A picture of Francis Randall, 31 Oct 1919, Army photo.Correspondence between Samuel Louis and Viola Susan Mills VAnce and Groves relation in Minnesota, 09 Oct 1908 concerning gravesites in Haley City, Sullivan Co Mo. Also same business with R L McKay. The recorder of deeds was E S McNealy, and EE Shoop. A Bible with Dr Pogues no 705 Chestnut Street St Louis Mo. Card from Lulu Powers 1810.
