The Long Praire location fits. The only thing I find confusing is that Louise would have been only 10 Yrs old when she had her first child. I wasn't aware of any of the childeren listed in the 1880 census. My Great Grandfather Albert H. Menard was born in 1882 in Long Praire. And I know he had a brother named Karl. So there must be one more child besides Albert and Karl that was born after 1880 according to the 1910 info you provided. Do you know if there is a 1890 census available??
