I am seeking information on the 2nd cousins of my father, Oliver Roalkvam and his sister Ida. They were born in Silver lake, Worth county, Iowa in 1900 (Oliver) and 1901 (Ida). They both died in 1984 and according to the SSDI they lived an Freeborn, Minnesota at that time.
There is a slight possibility that Ida may be Oliver's wife, taking his name.
In any case, I am wondering if there are children or other relatives of them living in the area. I am preparing a booklet on the Roalkvam family, originating in Mathaug, Roalkvam, Vikedal, Rogaland county, Norway. Oliver's grandfather Ole emigrated in 1870, and his only son Nils had one son (Oliver) and 4 daughters.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
