Is there a “Riceland Minnesota in Freeborn County? It shows up in the 1880 census. I seem to recall that there was such a town. I am trying to place Nels Larson and family. I think they lived near Clarks Grove. This is my grandmother Caroline Larson Jorgenson. I found 2 families wuth the same Head of Houshold as Nels Larson. The family that looks the closest is listed as living in Bath MN. That is not Clarks Grove either but I think it is right. Hope soneone can help.
