My ancestors, the Kriegs, came from Mogelio, Prussia/Germany/Poland in about 1873, arriving in Texas,then the Mother, Dorothy (Gerarksy)Kreig and her 2 sons, Herman and Benjamin headed north to Hastings, Minnesota because they had friends or relatives who had already settled in Hastings, and the climate was more like their home in Mogelio. Who were these friends (or relatives)??? Descendents of Benjamin and I have just found each other
WHO WERE THESE FRIENDS/RELATIVES??? OLD STORIES, ETC.
