I am looking for 4 graves in the Crosby Lakewood Cemetery. I have searched for them myself but since I live in the Twin Cities, I finally had to get back in my car and go home. I do know from a cemetery transcription that they are located there however, and was hoping someone who lived in Crosby might have time to look for them, or might have a relative buried near one or more of the graves. I would like to visit these graves, but as I said, I just can't find them in the limited time I have to search for them when I get up to Crosby.
Anyway, the 4 graves I'm looking for are:
Eliza Ellen Pound Mar 25 1880- May 18 1955
Luther Samuel Pound Nov 9 1868 - 27 Mar 1941
Robert Farr d. 1929
Betty Jean Pound Oct 4 1924- 21 Oct 1932(appears that the transcriptionist thought she was a Farr by the way she is buried. I assume that she is buried next to Robert Farr who is her uncle and only marked by her given names).
If anyone should find any of these graves and can give me a general idea of which part of the cemetery they are in (section letter, maybe if they are towards the back or the front of the section and the other graves around them) I would be very grateful. They are my great grandparents, great uncle and Betty Jean is my Aunt. I would like to take care of their graves but need to find them in that huge cemetery first.
Also, Luther and Eliza lived in a house located at 4201 NW 3rd Street in Crosby. Years ago it was white, and it has high foundation, built before 1930. The house is supposed to still be standing. If anyone could verify this for me I'd appreciate it as well.
