1930 Census

I'm doing research on my old house in Crosby MN, and am hoping to dig up some history on it. I would like to know if a Tom Tomac lived in the house in 1930 and who lived with him at that time. Would it be possible for someone to look it up on the 1930 census for me? I would also like to know if there was a Thomas Keating living in Crosby MN from 1911-1925, where and with whom. I was also wondering if there is a place close to Crosby that would have access to the 1930 census records and perhaps earlier ones that would not charge an arm and a leg to look at them. Also, is there a way to discover who lived at a residence at any year? I suspect my house was a rental during the early mining years of Crosby MN. I would like to know who was there in Feb 5, 1924. Any information you could help me with would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Kevin
