Johan August Grandstrand married a cousin on my line. Johanna Svensdotter (b. 24 January 1863, Hemmesjö).

I know of 4 children:
Alice Johanna (1890)
Adeline (1893)
Azela (1896)
Erwine L (1900)

Alice married a Henry Freeman and had at least 4 children.

Adeline married a Twining and had at least 1 child.

I have info going back in Sweden, looking for more recent info.
