In the 1887 land plat book for Polk county Wisconsin, just across the St. Croix River from Chisago Co MN:
160 acres Henry Parrish in secton 11 and 12 of Sterling Township. In the plat book directory for 1887:
Henry Parrish Farmer and Stock Raiser Casket Maker Wolf Creek Post office. This is about 15 miles north of Taylors Falls, MN and St. Croix Falls WI but on the WI side. At that time with a ferry crossing the river at Sunrise, people moved back and forth across the state line quite often. Possibly this Henry Parrish is related?
