Hi,
We are looking for the following family.
George Salchert, b. Oct. 12, 1882,
New Ulm, Brown Co., Minnestoa, married Anne Katherine Dircks, Sept. 17, 1912 in
Anaheim, Sask., died circa 1951, Pitt Meadows, Sask.
George's father was John Joseph Salchert, b. circa 1855, Germany????
m. Anna Arnold (or Arnoldi), d. July 28, 1927, Rosetown Saskatchewan
Children:
Michael, George, John, Andrew, Reinhard, Anton (surname changed to
Northrup???), Mary (m. Ogard), & Joseph.
We can not find them in New Ulm in the 1885 census of Brown Co. Although he was baptised there, they must have lived in a nearby town.
