Hi Peggy:
I found another reference to the William
SMITH family.In a reprint of the 1905 book,
History of Anoka County and the towns of
Champlin and Dayton there is given a biography
of William SMITH, born at Stow, Gloustershire,
England on Oct., 22, 1827. This is on page
295 of the above mentioned book.
If you can not obtain the book I could type
out the biography. Let me know.
