I am planning to attend Townsend House this year. David and Eliza Osburn followed a Mizell to Pine Level, Manatee County, around 1868. They there died in 1877 and Morgan Mizell became guardian of their minor children Thomas Peter and Jemina. I have a newspaper article dated October (24? hard to read) 1879 from when Peter reached 18 and Morgan accounted as guardian. Do you know why these families left the Dade City/San Antonio area for Pine Level?
