My direct ancestor, Griffin Mizell Bennett and his brother John, both from Ozark Alabama enlisted in the 33rd and spent time in camp in Florida. John died early in 63.
Their mother was a Mizell who married John Mastin Bennett.
There was G W Bennett who was 21 years old, from Alabama that enlisted at Warrenton Florida.
There must be a relationship between these Bennetts and N Mizell.
