thanks for your help. I plan on going to st george and seeing what we can find. My husband says your grandmothers name sounds familiar to him. I do know his dad (herbert w mizzell sr) is on the back row (dob july 5 1921 - jan 6 1973) My husband was 19 at the time. His mother is buried at another cemetery. My husband said that his fathers family tried to take him away from his mother at birth. My husband grew up in Ladson. But as soon as I can find something out, I wil let you know.
