Ms Joan Rambo, thank you for those valuable tips. I would never have thought to check the tax and guardianship records. I wish I were closer to AL so I could spend some time in the courthouse.

From now on I will certainly post the county. (In this case, Montgomery). I had no idea there were two Magnolias in TX.
