Looks like Lillie was previously married to someone named Few.

Mizell, Cary F., h, 38 md, b AR, AR, AR
" Lillie M., w, 23, md, b AR, AR, KS
" Clifton, s, 14, b OK
" Etta L., d, 12, b OK
" James, s, 11, b OK
" Loyd F., s, 8, b OK
" Iris M., d, 5, b OK
" not clear could be Ina or Irma L. d, 1, b OK
" Lester E., s, 2/12 b OK
Few, Othel H., stepson, 6, b OK [given name not real clear]
" Ordris, stepdau, 4, b OK [given name not real clear]
[looks like two youngest Mizells are children of Lillie]
A couple of others named Mizell in the same county, could be brothers. James M., 43, b AR, TN, TN and Marshell V., 40, b AR, TN, TN. These men have families. James is in the Indian Territory on 1900 census.
In 1910 Cary, with his previous spouse, shows same birth pattern as James & Marshell, AR, TN, TN. Cary shown as farmer on both 1910 & 1920 census, and rents farm.
Since you know when and where Gilford was born his birth certificate should show the name of his father.
