Thank you for answering. I took a quick trip to Kennett, MO. I didn't find a probate on Hardy Mizell, but I was able to fill in some blanks on his children. I will work to find if he was in the household of the Kenneth Mesle or James Measle who lived next door to Joseph Adams in the 1830 census of Martin County, N. C.
