T. E. Mizell m. Nora Myrow - Liberty County, TX

There is a T. E. Mizell in the 1920 census of Liberty County, Texas with his wife Nora, some children and "Vice Miro", mother in law. I'm pretty sure "Vice" is Vicey Myrow, maiden name Hough. She did have a daughter named Nora. I'm trying to find out who "T. E. Mizell" is. I have quite a few Mizells in my line but I can't place him. Anyone have anything on him?
