I tried e-mailing you privately, but it came back.

The Ledford Bayles Malone that I have, states that his parents were, John Malone Sr., and Gracie Eaves, from Rutherford, Co. N.C., and Meriwether Co., Ga.

I have that he was born 1821, d. 1855, He and Melissa Ann Mitcham were married in 1845 in Troup. Co. Ga.

It also states that, after Ledford Malone died, that she married his nephew, George W. Malone, son of Spencer Malone.

I have some other information, on the Malones, and Melissa Ann Mitcham's children, if you would like to get in touch with me.

My e-mail address is:

This maybe the same one, but would like to hear more.

Becky Carden,
