Margaret, this is wonderful information! I had a rushed 1/2 hr in Knowlton and need to return for much more in-depth search. But one really important clue seems to have appeared from your email: Peter Mizener married Catherine Brill, which I have previously seen as in Franklin VT, but the file said 'married in Huntsburgh recorded in Franklin Vt'. I assumed that Huntsburgh was in Vt, Quebec or NY, all reasonably close, but there are no communities by that name. Huntsburgh is, however, the next town to Andover, Sussex NJ. See http://www.livgenmi.com/sussexNJ.jpg

His sister Elizabeth Matilda also married Benjamin Brill (possibly David Brill first).

A Calgary descendent in Peter's line, Tony Eldridge, has just spent two months in Bolton/Knowlton PQ and will likely have material available shortly that may provide more insight.
