Laurie,
What would you like to know? How is Basilise related to you? (which side of your family) I have the Miron family history dating back to the 1600's in France. I know that Joseph was from Canada. I believe Joseph and Basilise were from Trenton, Ontario. Basilise was his second wife. Basilise was born September 4, 1842, married in 1859 Trenton, ONT, and died August 6, 1904. Her gravestone is in the Wetmore Cemetery. (Right next to Munising, Mich.) Their son, Adolphus Miron, born November 23, 1876 and died May, 1961 (buried in Gwinn, MI) was my grandfather. I have a lot of info compiled and would like to know what line you are interested in. Sandy Mueller
P. S. My sisters and I are making a trip to Munising the weekend of Oct. 10th, 2008. We plan a going to the cemetery and take a look at places my mother, Hazel Huguet(Miron) lived and went to school. My grandfather was a logger and was called "Doc" because he was instrumental in helping the injured loggers. Laurie, where are you from?
