researching the mires/moyers/myers/myres and other spellings i'm. sure i was born in vanntown, tn lincoln co but bryant jarvis was born in nc and so was his parents. i have been told that his mother or grandmother was a full-blooded cherokee indian born in nc true i don't know. i don't even know their names and i think that is part of the problem. bryant j mires married tempy hudson bates daughter of catherine ashby and anthony bates and granddaughter of sarah jane hudson and halifax ashby, sr. any help would be appreciated. thanks mary louise mires rogers in tn.
