Hi Stephanie,

I too have Miranda relatives from Naples. My understanding is that they went to NY from Naples around 1903. They were Cosmo and Teresa Miranda.

This is probably no direct help in your search, but it does seems that the Naples Mirandas do have some general relationship.

Like others on this board, I have been told that this part of my family was descended from the Spanish, perhaps a Spanish Marquis, during the 16th century. Unfortunately, I don't have the details.
