Lydia Minott b. 12 Mar 1687 to James and Rebecca (Wheeler) Minott in Concord, MA. She married (1)Benjamin Barrett (2)Samuel Stow.
James Minott b. 14 Sept 1653 to Capt John and Lydia (Butler) Minott.
John b. 1626 in England was son of the emigrant George and Martha (Stocke) Minott who came to Dorchester, MA. You will find more about the Minot/Minott families in "A Genealogical Record of the Minot Family in America and England" by Joseph Grafton Minot. Also, more on the Minot and Barrett families in the "Genealogies of Some Old Families of Concord, MA"
