Hello. We are searching for a Means family, and I understand that Minix can be interpreted as Means. There has definitely been a name change in this family at some time, perhaps you can help. My husband's grandfather b 1864, DeMoines, IA Brinton McClelland Hugh Means, M ???, had son Harvey L. Means b abt 1891, moved to Tyler Co. WV, m 2nd Lorena Bessie Ankrom, moved to Supulpa, OK, had 4 more children, got sick, moved back to WV, died Tyler Co, WV 1913. Son Harvey living in ARK, 1940. Also a connection to TX. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
