William O Ming, James M. Ming, Franklin Co MO 1840s
I am looking for descendants of William O. Ming and James M. Ming, who were in Franklin Co MO by 1840.I suspect they were brothers.I know they married sisters.
William O. Ming was married 24 December 1840 to Mary Ann "Polly" Osborne, daughter of William Osborne and Rebecca Richmond. They appear in the 1860 census, Boeuff TWP, Franklin Co MO. They had the following children:
James L. Ming born about 1842, bought land in Chariton Co MO from his Uncle-by-Marriage, David Campbell Maloney, in 1897.
Liberty?A daughter, born about 1847 - became Mrs. Johnson or Mrs. Montgomery.
John A. Ming born about 1850.
Fadora? A daughter, born about 1852 - became Mrs. Johnson or Mrs. Montgomery.
Willard (could be Millard?) Ming born about 1856.
Charles B Ming born Dec 1858 is found in Los Angeles CA in 1910, with wife Josie.Two of his children were born in Arizona.
James Morris Ming (born in Concord Depot, Campbell Co VA) married Jemima Osborne, daughter of William Osborne and Rebecca Richmond, 28 October 1846 in Franklin Co MO. They appear on the censuses 1860, 1880, and 1900, at least. Their children included:

Eugene Dallas Ming born 25 January 1855, died 19 March 1930 in Washington, Franklin Co MO.Informant for his Death Certificate was H.A. May.His surviving wife was Lara/Laure Radford Ming, daughter of Edward B.F. May and A---- Hundley.Informant on her DC was Jim Ming.1900 census, St. John's TWP, Franklin Co Mo, lists E.D. and Lara Ming with children Rubena, James, and Anna.Other persons in the home were S-- Drase, Mary Woods, and Tom Buttler.
Emmet M. Ming is listed on the 1900 census, Vinita Town, Cherokee Nation, Indian Teritory (OK) with a wife Emma, and children Cris and Martha L.Others in the household were Keller Walker, Vernon Gee, Della Gee, Mildred Gee, and Maggie Glass.
Fannie F. Ming married Dr. J.R. Wallace of Larue, Henry Co MO.

Robert P. Ming, born about 1860, died young.
Robena T. Ming died young.
James M. Ming died young.
Infant Ming died as an infant.

Emmet Allen Ming donated land to the Washington United Methodist Church Cemetery some years back.This land adjoins the main cemetery, and includes various MING burials between 1911 and 2005. Included is Emmet Allen Ming.
Washington United Methodist Church has a stained glass window, part of an older building.Within the glass, the name Ming is visable.
