Milton/Pile/Pyle connection?

I have an ancestor who was named William Milton Pile/Pyle. He was born abt 1840 in either Franklin Co., TN or in Marshall Co, AL. His father was Cedron/Sidron Pile/Pyle, b about 1802-1806 in Kentucky. I do not have a name for William's mother...her maiden name may have been Milton. William had 2 siblings:
Sarah Etta or Letta Pile/Pyle, b 11-18-1845 in TN. She married a Robert Hudson in 1859 in Marshall, Harrison Co., TX.

Milo Smith Pyle, b 1847 in TN. He married Letha A. Bunch in Texas and settled in Cherokee Co., Tx.

Could anyone doing Milton research shed any light on the possible connection of a Milton line to the Pile/Pyle line mentioned above?
