Seeking information regarding James R. MILNES born IA Feb. 21, 1862 to James P. MILNES and Elizabeth SNYDER.

James R. married Phoebe J. KELLEY b. ca 1871 Canada. He may have been previously married.

James R. died in Weld Co., CO Nov.21, 1937. Phoebe died 1939 in Denver CO.
