William Foster Milne, Born Sept. 23, 1885, Banff, Scotland, Died in Barre, Vermont, USA on Feb. 29, 1920. He emigrated to the United States and started Troop #1 in Barre in 1909. His wife was Frances Harriet Foster (Milne), last known she returned to Scotland after his death.
I am looking for information on W.F. Milne's genealogy, decendants, place of burial, photographs, documents, anything. He doesn't appear to be buried in the U.S. ? Where is he now ?
I need this research for his website http://firstboyscout.com , to complete the story of a truly remarkable man who brought the Boy Scout movement the America.
