It does look like some DNA testing has been done on a branch or more of this family group of MILLS.
Some have that James was John's father, and James was son of Elijah MILLS, son of John B: 1727.
DNA Kit # 95896.
Also listed in some early history of counties of ohio, elijah was first settler there. Columbia, OH/IN.
Page 230 hamilton co grand juror, etc.
