LADIES' MEETING - The committee of ladies appointed by the Executive Committee to solicit contributions for the Festival on the Fourth of July for the benefit of the Sanitary Fund, met last Monday evening at the Presbyterian church, and arranged the plan of operations. They divided the city by Wards and appointed sub-committees for each ward, as follows:
-1st Ward - Mrs. T.R. ANTHONY, Mrs. L.M. CUTTING, Mrs. T.R. MOSELEY and Mrs. J.T. MILLS
-2nd Ward - Mrs. S.W. SPERRY, Mrs. E.S. HOLDEN, Mrs. T. PAIGE, Mrs. G.A. SHURTLEFF, Mrs. H.S. SARGENT, Mrs. E.R. STOCKWELL and Miss Lucy GROVE
-3rd Ward - Mrs. W.P. MILLER, Mrs. R.B. LANE, Mrs. H.O. MATTHEWS, Mrs. C. GRATTAN, Mrs. T.K. HOOK and Miss DOOLEY
