Go to: Ancestry.com; type in William Brookover; brings up 24 in World Tree; click on that; scroll down to William as married to Rebecca Mills; click on that William. If you can't find it, let me know.I intend to print it off.You do not need a subscription for World Tree (at least yet!)I want to know who William's parents were. The spelling "Brookover" was particularly adopted by Jacob (#1; b. 1739) Bruckhoffer's family.Depending on his birth year, to figure out if his father was Jacob or Jacob's son, John.If before 1787 probably Jacob. After 1787, I vote for John. That is why a census record would help. This William is not on any Brookover genealogy list that I have found yet.But it is a very popular family name in every line and I always figured there had to be a reason. My grandmother was a Mills and I have not gotten far in her family.Do you know when William Brookover died? There is a Rebecca Brookover in the Ohio 1860 index in Muskingum Co. ---Please keep me posted on your progress.
