Sorry I have taken a long time to reply to your message, but have only recently been reconnected to the internet. I have been tracing my family tree for the past 5 or so years. Below is what I have managed to find out so far, I hope it will be of some help to you. if you have any more information of your own search, I would be very interested in having a look. Looking at your message you say you beleive your grandfather was Arthur Edward Milliner, according to my search the only match for that year of birth is an Albert Edward Milliner could it be a mistake?
