I attended one of the reunions about 10 years ago when my twins were attending A&M. I have been researching a William M.Millican born 1810 in Tennessee, probably Anderson. He is related to a Moses and Cynthia Scarborough Millican. Moses named one of his son's Charles Hart Millican. About 1840, they go to Texas, Missouri. My William and wife Rebecca go to Pulaski, Missouri about 1840. They then go to crawford, Ark. To meet his sister, Celia, and her husband, Goodman Stout. They remain there until about 1857. They, then, all go to Collin county, Texas. Celia Millican Stout and goodman move to Alvarado, Tx. About 1875. Moses Millican and family go to San Saba County, Texas, but finally land in Bosque, Texas.
I believe that Robert Hemphills family is related to my line of Millicans. We would willingly pay for someone in your line to do a DNAtest. Can anyone help us? We have completed our DNA test and would share with you
