Seeking information on the parents of Daniel Henry Miller (b. 13 Sep 1825, Shepherdstown, WV., alt POB Hagerstown area, MD - d. 20 Oct 1900, PA). Daniel's father was William Miller (b. 1900/1, most likely Shepherdstown, WV- d. abt 1852, probably Fulton County, PA.) William was a blacksmith.
Daniel's mother was Mary Magdelena (maiden name unknown). She was born 16 Aug 1803 (possibly in Hagerstown, MD, but could've been PA or WV) and died 5 Oct 1878, in Fulton County, PA. She and her son Daniel are both buried at McConnellsburg Presbyterian Cemetery, in Fulton County, PA.
William & Mary had 13 children, including:
Daniel Henry Miller 1825-1900
John Martin Miller born 19 Sep 1926 (WV or MD)
Jacob William Miller b. 20 Sep 1827 (WV or MD). d. 4 May 1905, PA
Samuel George Miller b. 20 Mar 1831. d. 1 Apr 1909
Margaret E Miller b. abt 1833
Elizabeth A Miller (married to Daniel Mock) b. 19 Mar 1835, PA. d. 20 Nov 1910, PA
Solomon Isaac Miller b. Sep 1837, McConnellsburg, PA
James Lyon Miller b. 20 Jan 1843, Burnt Cabins, Fulton County, PA. d. 9 Jan 1911, Pittsburgh, PA.
Any help is appreciated.
