Sorry to disappoint, but no, this does not mean they are in the same household.The 1820 census lists families by using only the name of the "head of household."(If you enter the name "William McDaniel, Licking County, Ohio", on FamilySearch, you will see the same numbers as you did when you entered Abraham Miller and Charles Miller.)It simply means that they appear on the same hand-written census page.It is possible that Abraham and Charles may be related since they lived near each other and both are aged 26-44.
