Hi Keith, My GGG grandfather was chief of police of Tarentum and My brother Darryl Miller has a picture of James P. Miller from 1906. Darryl also has old nightstick and old pistol. James had son Ralph who was my Dad's grandfather. Could your last name be Flick? My grandfather Crell Miller had a sister I believe her name was Aleda (Maiden name Miller) and She married a Flick. My grandfather was Crell Miller and was married to Hilda Miller and they had two sons Crell junior born in 1929 and My Dad Donald Miller born in 1939 . I am Darlene Miller Hasley -Daughter of Donald Miller born 1961 and My grandfather Crell Miller used to speak all the time of his grandfather that was chief of police of Tarentum. In fact I was putting James Miller in as goggle and found your inquiry. In fact I first thought that Ralph Miller was chief of police until my parents corrected me. I lived in Tarentum until I went to college. We lived in the same house that my grandmother Hilda Cordier Miller lived in when she was a child I think We are talking about the same family. How many other chief of polices' could be from Tarentum with same name.

Take Care and write back

Darlene Miller Hasley
