Harry, Blanche, Lawrence Miller in Iowa
I'm looking for descendants of three of my great-grand aunts and uncles. Hope someone out there can help!
All of these folks were born to Franklin Miller & Mary Ann Clay in Iowa, presumably Centerville, in Appanoose Co., since that's where the family was living at the time. The family then moved to Missouri, then to the Kansas/Indian Territory line, swapping back and forth between states, depending on the year.
Harry was born in 1888 (possibly March, if I trust the census). He was working on his own by 1910 in Oswego, KS, and married a girl nicknamed Minnie. Last I heard they lived in the Santa Ana, CA, area.
The girl, Blanche Miller, may have actually been Anna Blanche or Darlene Blanche Miller. She also may have died young. She has a niece named Anna Darlene Blanche who was born in 1927. Blanche would have been born in 1889 (August?). She is listed in the 1910 census as still living at home, but I can't find a record of her beyond that.
Robert Lawrence "Lawrence" Miller was born mid- to late-June 1894. He lived at home until after he was 35, and he married a woman named Euna Greer Fetrick (she had been married before). I'm not sure when he died, but it must have been soon after his marriage (before 1940?), because Euna then got married again to a man surnamed Pearce.
Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated!
