Looking for New Jersey Millens

I know very little about the family of my grandfather, Roger Millen, except that he was born in Hackettstown, New Jersey about 1885. He had brothers named Clark and Stiles. He was married to Ella Flock, also of Hackettstown. . They had one child, Bethune Millen, who is my mother, born in Hackettstown in 1913. She is still living. His family tree has several ancestors who bear the name Isaac Newton Millen.

In my research so far, I have discovered two theories about the surname Millen: that it is really a truncated form of MacMillen, and is of Scottish origin, or it is Belgian (Flemish) and was transported to England in the Middle Ages and is considered to be an English name. A little weight is added to the second possibility by the one item that my grandfather left to my mother, a Bible from his family published in 1719 which is in Dutch. There are no known speakers of Dutch in his family tree. I wonder if there is a Belgian branch of the Millen family?

Does anyone have information on New Jersey Millens?
