Rollie C Millar and father (William Millar) Illinois, Tennessee, late 1800s

Looking for information about my grandfather Rollie Crumby Millar (b 18 Dec 1872, Illinois, USA) and his father (William Millar). Rollie married my grandmother Lucy in Feb, 1898, in Lebanon, Tenn. Rollie died in accident in Nashville, Tenn, on 23 Dec 1922. Ancestry.com listing of 1910 census has Rollie's name spelled Rollin and last name spelled Miller.

Have picture of his father (William Millar) taken in Illinois in 1881 by photographer with last name Bowman. No further info.

Found listing on Ancestry.com (1880 census) for a Rowley Millar (b about 1872, in Illinois) with sibs Edwin, Allie, and Horace living at time with stepmother Clara Millar. Father's birthplace is listed as Scotland but name not given. Further Ancestry.com listing shows Horace moving to Tenn by 1900(like my grandfather), changing last name spelling to Miller (like my grandfather), marrying and raising a family.

Would like to know if Rowley and Rollie Millar are same person, and whether father of Rowley, Edwin, Allie, and Horace Millar was named William (strong evidence that this is my family).
