Seeking parentage/origin of Philip MILBANKS (in some records "Philip Mill BANKS"), married in 1767 at Cape Elizabeth, ME, Lucy 4 DYER, daughter of Samuel & Thankful (Delano) DYER. Their daughter, Eliza, married on 19 DEC 1799, James 4 DOUGLASS, son of Job & Mercy (Booker) DOUGLASS. She died in 1851 at Lisbon Falls, ME.
