I am a descendent of William H. Midgley (1836-1909) who, with his wife, Mary Ella Holmes (1840-1919), left the Bradford, England area and came to America some time after 1861. I know Mary Ella's father was Abraham Holmes.
They had 3 children: Elizabeth Alice (1867-1953), William (1877-), and Mary Ella (1880-1959).
Any information about the parents of this William H. Midgley would be greatly appreciated.
