I am related to Thomas Midgley who married Catherine Smedley at St Brides Church, Fleet Street on 19May 1811.
I have no details of Thomas birth date or ancestors.
Thomas and Catherine had children Jane, Thomas, Emma, Charles, Henry and William. All christened at St Martins in the Fields.
I am related to William, born 1822, who married Eliza Dalton at St Brides Fleet Street on 1842. They then travelled to Australia and had children in Melbourne and Sydney. I am interested in the names of children born before they came to Australia circa 1858. According to birth certificates in Australia there should have been 2 surviving children came with them to Australia.
Any info greatly appreciated.
