Dear Charlie,

I have a copy of a handwritten Mickey Family History. Given to me by Sharol Fletcher. It was written in 1966 by an Arhur B. Mickey. He identifies the following. Daniel Mickey (Rev. War) (1750-1807) md. Elizabeth Thompson, they had the following children Thomas Mickey (Oldest son) m. Sara Jane Everitt, William Mickey m. Sarah Morris, Sarah Mickey m. Griffith Thomas, Polly Mickey m.John Thomas.

He identifes the tree to be abbreviated. So far what I have been able to do research on has come out to be right. There may be children that he left off. It seems that he only included the ones where he knew of a spouse.

It also identifies that Daniel's father would have been Daniel Mickey (d.abt. 1775) m. Mary_______. This Daniel had a brother Thomas (d. abt. 1754) m. Elizabeth Eager.

It identifies Daniel and Thomas as being born to Daniel Mickey (d. abt. 1734, in Sussex Co. Del.) possibly m. Sarah

Please do not take this as entirely correct. I believe we still need to get other documentation as proof. But it is a good guide.

Pat
