Bennie: In the Pankey forum back in April you were asking for proof of Charles Mick Sr's father being Robert Mick and mother being a Mary Warhem. I cannot give you proof but my husbands grandmother gave me a paper 20 some years ago about her family lines. Where it came from I do not know, but I have used it as a guide to try and document and find the people mentioned in it. Grandma was Deana Martha Mason Gidcomb, daughter of Hugh Leon Blair Mason and Ella Mae Mick. Ella was daughter of Cornelious Rudd Mick and Charlotte Rude Pyle. The paper states that Charles Mick who married Sarah Pankey was the son of Robert Mick and Mary Warhem, as you can see it skips the generation of Charles Mick and Elizabeth Lambert. It says that Robert Mick was from Strausburg in Germany and Mary was of the Warhems of Westminister in England. The paper does skip generations, mixes facts about siblings, but the basics of family names seems to be true, or at least as far as I have found proof.
