Michels in IL

Looking for information on CAROLINE "Callie" MICHELS of Effingham Co. IL. She was my great-grandmother. I do not know her birth date, parents, siblings, etc.
What I do know is: Callie married(no date) John Logan Yates and they had a son, Paul Andrew Yates, born 6/10/1898 Altamont, Effingham Co. IL. John was reportedly the son of Joseph S. Yates(d.1927-28) of Effingham Co. IL (no other info. yet on these Yates). Callie's husband John ran a hunting lodge possibly in Montana. After Johns death Callie married Victor Hanes of Plains, MT. Callie's only child, Paul A. Yates, built bridges, with the American Bridge Co., in the inland NW. His daughter, Pauline, was born in Pierre, SD as he was building a bridge their. They lived in the Dakotas, Montana & Idaho. Paul was married 5 times. He had a son with his first wife (no info. on them). His second wife Hollie Jackson Kirby of Thompson Falls, MT (m.12/28/1924 Sandpoint, ID) was my grandmother, and their daughter Pauline is my mother. My grandparents were divorced (1936 Sanders Co. MT) and Paul would re-marry 3 more times (no known children) before his death 7/7/1955 at Deer Lodge, MT.
Callie is buried in the Plains, MT cemetery.
Any info. on Callie, her family or these Yates of IL would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Marti mjfulfs@turbonet.com
